Responsibilities
- Develop WBS and project activity list.
- Create detailed project timelines outlining key milestones activities and deliverables while ensuring alignment with project objectives scope of work contractual requirements and stakeholder expectations.
- Collect project update and progress data, monitor progress, analyze schedule performance and identify potential risks opportunities or delays providing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, project team and other stakeholders to allocate resources, manage dependencies and develop baseline schedule.
- Assur project schedules follow the required scheduling quality criteria.
- Attend project meetings liaising with client contractors or suppliers to update schedules.
- Produce look-ahead schedule to project managers project team and other stakeholders.
- Issue regular progress reports tracking critical path activities and ensuring compliance with project standards and contractual requirements.
- Collaborate and support project managers and project team in schedule risk analysis practices pending change notice requests delay analysis or extension of time.
Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience in project time / schedule management.
- Proven experience at delivering scheduling functions within the health sector-Hospital projects.
- A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
- Proficient and expert experience level using project scheduling tools such as : Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
- Membership in relevant professional organizations is beneficial.
