Who You Are

You’re a skilled Salesforce developer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering clean, scalable solutions. You combine technical expertise with strong communication skills, translating business needs into smart, efficient systems. Detail‑oriented and organized, you’re comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team to drive innovation and results.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, etc.)
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third‑party ecosystem (Power Automate, Heroku/Mulesoft APIs, etc.)
• Manage source code using version control (e.g., Git)
• Handle database schema design, performance tuning, and large data volume strategies
• Optimize and refactor existing customisations for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with stakeholders on CRM strategy, data architecture, and automation initiatives
• Support integrations with third‑party vendors and our loan origination system
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations
• You will work very closely with the Salesforce Admin, so being a strong team player is essential. In addition, you’ll act as a technical mentor to support their growth

Skills Requested

• 4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience with the ability to write Apex code
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms via API connections
• Expert fluency in Lightning Web Components and SOQL
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements is a must
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written)

Skills That Would Be Considered Assets

• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II is strongly preferred, Admin, Architect certifications
• Proficiency in JSON, Javascript, HTML, Microsoft 365
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and building agents
• Experience in regulated environments such as financial services or mortgage lending
• Expert fluency in Omni Studio

Reporting To: Systems Manager

Full‑Time/Part‑Time: Full‑time

Hours of Work: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote). Flexible scheduling on hours may be considered in consultation with your supervisor.

Salary Band: $120,000–$150,000 - Compensation will be based on experience, certifications, and scope of responsibilities.
