• 3-5 years related work experience in financial services, preferably back-office.
• Experience with Salesforce and 1-2 Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of training methodologies tailored to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage business requirements for system/process changes.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders for requirement gathering.
• Prepare and execute test cases for functional and end-to-end testing.
• Support project teams in overcoming roadblocks and ensure smooth processes.
