You’ll be instrumental in driving this transformation by helping clients navigate the intersection of content, process, and intelligence.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, developing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across Canada and the U.S.
  • Represent VersaFile’s portfolio of AI‑powered Content and Automation Solutions, with an emphasis on Box, SharePoint, and Blob Storage.
  • Position VersaFile as a trusted advisor in modern content management helping clients transition to intelligent, AI‑enabled content ecosystems.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements with senior decision‑makers, identifying business challenges and designing value‑driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal technical experts to design and propose tailored solutions that align with client goals.
  • Build strategic partnerships with vendors and technology partners to expand business reach
  • Maintain detailed records of pipeline, activities, and client communications using CRM systems.
  • Travel occasionally within North America (up to 25%).
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales in Content Management or Automation.
  • Proven experience selling or partnering with Box (required).
  • Strong familiarity with SharePoint and Blob Storage solutions.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through consultative, solution‑based selling.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills able to articulate complex technical value propositions in business terms.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self‑starter who thrives in dynamic, growing organizations.
Nice to Haves
  • Familiarity with Filenet, OpenText, or Laserfiche.
  • Experience selling AI or automation technologies (e.g., Intelligent Document Processing, Process Automation, or Low‑Code Platforms).
  • Industry experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Energy, or Retail.

Location

Our head office is in Vancouver, but this is a remote work-from-home role, with the ability to work anywhere in Canada.

Salary
  • Base Salary range: CAD $120,000 – $150,000 per year
  • Commission: up to $50,000 based on performance
  • On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $170,000 – $200,000
