THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development, building strong client relationships, and growing revenue across our Managed Services and IT solutions portfolio. This is a high‑impact role for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in technology or services, who thrives in a fast‑paced, consultative sales environment.
Note: While experience in technology or IT services is a plus, it is not required. Candidates without direct technology experience must demonstrate well‑proven sales experience using established sales strategies, frameworks, or methodologies, and a track record of consistently closing complex B2B deals. ATS will provide product and service training to ensure your success in the MSP space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities within the small‑to‑medium and enterprise B2B markets.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct needs analysis and lead consultative sales conversations with C‑level executives, decision‑makers, and IT stakeholders to position ATS solutions effectively.
- Solution Selling: Partner with technical teams to design and present tailored Managed Services and IT solutions that solve client challenges.
- Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in ATS’s CRM system to ensure reliable reporting.
- Revenue & Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and relationship retention.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply sales best practices, strategies, and frameworks, while actively seeking ways to improve sales processes and efficiency.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service, trust, and loyalty.
- Professional Growth: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technology.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–10+ years of proven success in B2B sales, proven track record of success in B2B sales, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in consultative selling, solution‑based sales, or enterprise sales.
- Familiarity with sales strategies, frameworks, and methodologies; ability to apply them effectively in complex sales cycles.
- Experience in technology or IT services is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with a problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and accounts simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales reporting tools.

EDUCATION & CREDENTIALS
- Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience in business, sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Professional certifications in sales or business (CSP, CPDS) are a plus, but not required.
