Job summary

MNP Digital is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead strategic finance and technology engagements, focusing on Sage Intacct implementations, data analytics with Power BI, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will guide clients through finance transformations, system selections, and process improvements in a dynamic consulting setting.

You will build strong client relationships, manage project financials, coordinate teams, and mentor colleagues while traveling as needed across sectors including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of consulting, technology, or enterprise application implementation experience.
• Experience implementing and supporting Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, or similar ERP/financial management solutions.
• CPA designation or practical accounting experience is an asset.
• Experience with finance transformation, ERP implementations, system optimization, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic finance and technology consulting engagements for clients across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.
• Provide advisory services in finance strategy, governance, planning, business alignment, process redesign, solution design, system selection, project management, and finance systems optimization.
• Design, configure, and implement Sage Intacct and related technology solutions, including Power BI and other third-party applications.
• Develop integrated business solutions addressing people, process, and technology requirements.
• Design and document business processes and workflows including project and grant management, revenue recognition, invoicing, and core financials.
• Support data migration activities, including cleansing historical data and loading into Sage Intacct.
• Deliver consulting on business transformation, performance optimization, and risk management.
• Manage complex projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
