As a Senior Integration Specialist at Vention, you will be a key member of the Customer Success team, bridging the gap between post-sales implementation and advanced technical support. We’re looking for a highly autonomous, field-ready engineer with a passion for troubleshooting, client collaboration, and delivering high-impact support both remotely and on-site.
You’ll be supporting complex industrial automation systems by investigating issues, validating hardware and software configurations, and helping clients get the most out of our systems. This role combines the mindset of a field service engineer with the rigor of a Tier 3-4 technical support expert.
