Qualifications

  • Experience in long term care setting is an asset.
  • Knowledge of RAI-MDS – AIS certified, to be completed within one year if not already certified.
  • Must provide a Vulnerable Sector Check or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee resident care delivery.
  • Supervise and educate healthcare team members.
  • Monitor performance and evaluate work of PSWs and RPNs.
