Qualifications

• Extensive experience in working with RF wireless standards such as WiFi, Bluetooth, LTE.
• Familiar with semiconductor IC handlers and wafer probers.
• Experience with GPIB, USB, LXI for test automation.

Responsibilities

• Development of RFIC ATE test solutions for NPI and high volume manufacturing.
• Drive test strategies to improve yield, quality and cost.
• Act as the technical liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
