Job description

A leading organization in the communications and wireless technology sector is seeking an experienced Senior RF Engineer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to design, optimize, and deploy cutting-edge wireless and RF networks while acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients.

As part of a highly skilled and dynamic team, you will work on a range of projects, from private and confidential initiatives to large-scale governmental projects. Your expertise will drive innovative solutions in the RF and wireless domain, ensuring the success of both commercial and highly sensitive projects.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing and optimizing wireless networks, including for public safety applications, commercial cellular, and/or LMR radio systems.
• Produce design deliverables, including technical studies, technical drawings, equipment specifications, and RF link budgets.
• Perform an external customer-facing role in presenting technical design in clear, complete, and non-ambiguous terms.

Skills/Must have:

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or RF Engineering
• 8 Years+ of public safety, commercial cellular and/or LMR radio system and network design
• 7 Years of years of experience in Distributed Antenna System design and optimization
• Experience using iBwave software
