Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in the wireless telecom industry.
Strong understanding of GSM/UMTS/HSPA/LTE/NR.
Must possess in-depth knowledge of antennas and RF modulation.
Responsibilities
Establish detailed RF designs and performance specifications.
Analyze results and prepare project reports.
Provide recommendations based on customer complaints.
Skills
Hands-on experience with RF propagation prediction tools
Excellent understanding of radio propagation principles
Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
Experience with P25 and LMR RF networks
Strong background on radio network design
Effective communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education
Professional Engineering degree valid for Ontario
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
