Qualifications

7–10 years in pension plan consulting or related field.
English written and spoken.
Organization skills, rigour, and thoroughness.
Proficient MS Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
Fully qualified actuary (FSA/FCIA) desired.

Responsibilities

Lead high-profile client relationships and contribute to complex retirement consulting engagements.
Deliver strategic guidance on pension plan design, funding, governance, risk management, and long-term sustainability.
Lead engagement delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines, and service expectations are met.
Lead complex actuarial and consulting projects including risk transfer, longevity strategy, plan design, M&A, and reporting initiatives.
