QUALIFICATIONS FOR A Residential HVAC Service Technician

• 5+ years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing diverse residential heating and cooling service issues
• Leadership
• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA certification
• Completion of an HVAC training program
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and from heights
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to confidently use a smartphone and tablet
