We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who is more than a recruiter—you'll be a strategic partner and change driver. In this role, you'll lead recruitment initiatives, shape forward‑thinking strategies, and advise business leaders at all levels. You won't just post jobs; you'll proactively engage the market, build relationships with top talent, and influence how we attract and retain exceptional people. Your focus will be on senior‑level roles in Business Development (Sales), Group Underwriting, Healthcare, Finance, and HR within our fastest‑growing region. As the TA lead for Ontario, you will shape and execute strategies to attract top talent for this rapidly growing region. In this role, you'll serve as an ambassador for the Medavie Inc. brand and culture, forging meaningful relationships within the community and professional networks.
