What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Own full-cycle recruiting for R&D teams, focusing on product design, and deliver outstanding execution across various searches

- Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, providing insights and influencing hiring outcomes
- Drive long-range talent strategy, including proactive engagement and market mapping
- Enhance candidate experience by maintaining a high-touch, personalized approach throughout the recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in product design roles (UX, Research)
- Proven success in running searches for senior stakeholders (Director level and above)
- Strong "Talent Partner" mindset with the ability to provide insights and raise hiring standards
- Experience in developing effective outbound and passive talent strategies in challenging markets
- Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and deliver clear execution
