About the Opportunity
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop interview questions, and align on selection criteria.
- Conduct in‑person interviews in accordance with organizational recruitment standards.
- Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on interview techniques, assessment, and decision‑making.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure recruitment processes align with company values, DEI objectives, and employment legislation.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies.
- Represent the organization as an employer of choice, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Support recruitment reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or government / not‑for‑profit environment.
- Proven experience recruiting for a variety of functions, including policy, communications, finance, and operational roles.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
- Experience conducting structured, in‑person interviews and facilitating panel interviews.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
- Strong understanding of employment law, inclusive hiring practices, and candidate assessment principles.
- Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; CHRP/CHRL designation is an asset.
Pay Range
$32.50 - $37.50 per hour
