We are proud to say that you will be surrounded by some of the smartest, enthusiastic, hard working and dedicated people that you’ll ever meet (at least, that we’ve ever met!).

Who we are looking for:

At Creyos, we understand that solving big challenges demands unwavering resilience and determination. We don’t stop until we achieve our goals. People who thrive at Creyos are driven, curious, hardworking, and enthusiastic about scaling a company—along with having a good sense of humor. If this resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you!

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter for a maternity leave contract position. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from entry-level positions to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workable as an ATS and will be adept at coordinating with hiring managers across multiple departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Technology. This person needs to be adaptable and be able to work independently.

As a Senior Recruiter at Creyos you will handle:

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer for roles across all levels and departments.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements.

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:

  • Utilize Workable to post jobs, track candidates, and manage the recruitment workflow.
  • Ensure the ATS is up-to-date with candidate information and recruitment status.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.

Resume Review & Candidate Screening:

  • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to qualify candidates for roles.
  • Identify and engage high-quality candidates quickly and efficiently.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates proactively for mid level to senior positions.

Reporting & Metrics:

  • Pull and analyze recruitment reports to provide insights on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other key metrics.
  • Use data to inform and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work directly with department leads to make strategic hires that align with business goals.
    • Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and the HR team on recruitment progress.
The skills and experience we are looking for:

    Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter or similar role, managing the recruitment process for diverse roles and levels.
    • Experience working in a fast paced, scaling environment with changing priorities depending on need.
    • Familiarity and proficiency with Workable or similar ATS systems.

    Skills:

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize recruitment metrics for decision-making.
Some of the reasons people choose to join the Creyos team include:
    • Grow through our career paths leading to more senior roles. We invest in the development of our team members, provide significant opportunities for growth and career advancement, and do everything we can to support one another to ensure individual and team success. In 2024, 25% of our team members were promoted at least once to more senior roles!
    • Recharge during our annual company‑wide break and extra holidays. In addition to vacation and quarterly Personal Days, every year we take a company‑wide break in December to rest and recharge. We also give team members two additional holidays off per year: U.S. Independence Day and U.S. Thanksgiving, which we celebrate as Brain Holidays. We want you to feel motivated and energized at work!
    • Get access to comprehensive benefits. We pride ourselves on offering benefits covering medical, dental, vision, mental health, wellness and more.
