Position Overview
  • The Senior Technical Recruiter (360 Desk) is a full-cycle agency recruiter responsible for business development, client management, and technical candidate delivery. This role blends outbound sales activity with hands‑on recruiting, owning the full recruitment lifecycle from prospecting through placement.
  • You will be entrusted with building long‑term client relationships, sourcing and qualifying top technical talent, and consistently delivering high‑quality candidate shortlists. This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys autonomy, accountability, and operating in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Engagement
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, networking events).
  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients aligned with 10 Percent Recruiting Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client hiring needs, technical requirements, and business priorities.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers and decision‑makers.
Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting
  • Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and placement.
  • Source and attract technical candidates using LinkedIn Navigator, job boards, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
  • Conduct thorough qualification interviews focused on technical skills, career alignment, and cultural fit.
  • Create polished candidate profiles and present shortlists to clients with clear, value‑driven insights.
  • Manage candidate pipelines within the ATS and maintain accurate documentation.
Brand Representation & Market Presence
  • Act as a brand ambassador for 10 Percent Recruiting and its clients in all candidate and client interactions.
  • Participate in job fairs, networking events, and virtual or in‑person interviews.
  • Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and in‑demand technologies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3+ years of agency recruiting experience, preferably managing a 360 desk (sales + delivery).
  • Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruitment best practices, including sourcing, assessment, and onboarding.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and placing technical candidates in an agency setting.
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Working knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and terminology.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
