As Senior Real Estate Manager for Eastern Canada, you’ll leverage your telecommunications real estate experience to negotiate critical infrastructure leases that build the foundation for how millions of Canadians connect.
Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together
With 10+ years of experience, you’re a master negotiator in both French and English, recognized expert in commercial leasing, real estate, land‑use authority, and federal government requirements for telecommunication assets. You’ll manage the Eastern Canada portfolio, interpreting complex legal documents and leveraging exceptional communication and organizational skills to drive projects to successful completion on time.

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.) as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
Salary Range: $91,000-$137,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
