Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of corporate accounting experience in a related role within the real estate industry.
• Big four experience in the real estate industry considered an asset.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge of IFRS, especially IAS 40, IFRS 9, 10 and 11.

Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Accounting team in preparing FS, MD&A, KPI analyses, and other financial deliverables.
• Review and analyze key performance metrics.
• Prepare and oversee month-end close deliverables and analyses.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to accuracy and detail-oriented

Proficiency in using automation tools like VBA and Power BI

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Superior interpersonal and communication skills
