Qualifications

• 5+ years of public/private real estate accounting work experience.
• Experience in reviewing and preparing general ledgers and financial statements.
• Designated accountant or working towards CPA (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Complete and review operational deliverables in line with Service Level Agreements.
• Act as central point of contact for clients.
• Prepare complex deliverables and lead preparation activities.

Skills

Public/private real estate accounting experience

Supervising/coaching staff

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP

Education

Bachelor or Master degree in accounting

Professional accounting designation (preferred)
