Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of industrial experience in membranes evaluations and electrochemical engineering.
• Proven ability to plan and execute complex research and development projects.
• Experience in materials characterization techniques and electrochemical processes.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and improve key components of technology in the development department.
• Design, develop, test, characterize, and scale advanced electrolyzer components.
• Communicate schedule of experiment plans for process longevity.

Skills

Hands-on experience in ion exchange membranes testing

Strong data analysis skills

Experience in R&D and product development

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage a team of engineers
