Qualifications
8+ years of quality management experience in automotive components manufacturing.
Experience in establishing an IATF 16949 system from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Oversee quality management and implement annual quality objectives.
Ensure in-process quality control during production.
Handle internal non-conformities and quality abnormalities.
Accountable for module targets, KPIs, and statistical reporting.
Skills
Quality management practices for automotive parts
Core Quality Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
8D problem-solving methodology
IATF 16949:2016 quality management system
Education
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or Mechanical Engineering
