Graham is actively recruiting for a Quality Coordinator supporting the Buildings Division providing assistance and support to senior project staff (Project Managers, Superintendents, etc.) in the coordination, reporting, and Quality functions of a project. This is a task-based role that works with the core elements of construction projects and the tools and processes of quality management systems.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
  • Support implementation and maintenance of the Project Specific Quality Plan (PSQP) across the project site as well as Project Quality Risk Assessment (PQRA) is conducted upon awarding of a project.
  • Develop, update, and coordinate Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), including identifying required inspection forms and incorporating project risk assessments.
  • Conduct site inspections and field verification activities, including random quality checks and participation in third party inspections/testing.
  • Assist in managing and tracking the Deficiency Management Process, including FSRs, CARs, and NCRs.
  • Facilitate subcontractor and worker quality related communication, such as pre install/preconstruction meetings, document reviews, and quality orientations.
The Right Tools for the Job
  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma; Journeyman Trade Certification or Degree in Engineering or a related field experience is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of Project Quality Coordinator experience, ideally within industrial or commercial construction.
  • Software: Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook. Primavera P6 knowledge (good to have).
