Job summary

Zohorecruit in Toronto, Ontario seeks a Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist to lead testing efforts across GUI and non-GUI environments. You will design test strategies, develop test plans, and drive automation to ensure quality in large enterprise systems.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, hands-on automation, and collaboration with developers, business analysts and project managers. You will contribute to Agile ceremonies and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software testing in enterprise IT environments.
• Hands-on manual and automated testing; test strategy and scripts.
• Experience with Selenium or Postman for API testing and with JIRA/Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies; CI/CD familiarity.
• Experience performing performance, regression and security testing.
• Strong documentation, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides advice on testing strategy, test plans, tools and resources.
• Plans and organizes testing for GUI and non-GUI environments; executes tests.
• Develops test plans, scripts and cases; collaborates with project teams.
• Executes functional, integration, system and regression tests.
• Validates system behavior under varied conditions and tracks defects.
• Maintains automated test scripts and integrates tests into CI/CD.
