Job summary

Bora Bora Pharmaceuticals is seeking a seasoned Quality leader to head our Quality Operations team, ensuring successful onboarding of new clients, manufacturing of development, clinical, and commercial batches, and robust regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes people development, risk-based decision making, and collaboration across functions to streamline processes and maintain exceptional quality throughout all stages of drug development and commercialization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Quality or Quality Operations in pharma
• Coaching and people development experience
• Understanding of regulatory framework from development to commercialization

Responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for successful completion of all Quality activities
• Coach and guide team for correct decision-making and resourcing
• Drive systems and processes to support CDMO activities
• Oversee onboarding of new clients, products, or processes
• Represent Quality in client negotiations and quality agreements
• Review batch records and deviations; support CAPAs and changes
• Ensure compliance during planned changes and finalize project documentation
• Host client/regulatory inspections as required
• Approve documentation to support client registrations
• Ensure smooth project-to-operations transitions through first commercial batches
