Financeit is a Canadian point-of-sale financing provider serving some of the largest home improvement and retail organizations. We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst to lead automation and perform manual testing to ensure quality across our financing platform.

You will collaborate with Developers, Designers & Product Managers, mentor junior analysts, and promote a culture of quality while embracing modern QA methods and AI-assisted improvements. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time QA experience with emphasis on manual testing.
• Strong in test automation, CI/CD, and Ruby-based tooling.
• Experience reviewing requirements and leading defect management.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation efforts and maintain automated test scripts.
• Perform and document manual testing across the platform.
• Analyze requirements, perform gap analysis, and create test cases.
• Report, track, and prioritize defects with clear documentation.
• Mentor junior QA analysts and promote quality practices.
