Fortinet is seeking a Senior / Staff QA Engineer to own end-to-end testing of FortiAIGate across SaaS and on‑prem deployments, spanning LLM Gateway, AI Guardrails, and Agent Security. You will design SaaS test capabilities, validate cloud-native features, and lead automated regression suites while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.

Qualifications

• Solid software testing background focused on SaaS/cloud-native products.
• Hands-on multi-tenant SaaS testing with provisioning and metering testing.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes; basic troubleshooting with kubectl.
• Proficiency with performance/load testing tools and design of high-load scenarios.
• Strong API-level testing and scripting skills (Python or equivalent).
• Comfort with observability-based troubleshooting and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end testing of FortiAIGate across SaaS and on‑prem deployments.
• Design and implement core SaaS test capabilities (isolation, provisioning, billing).
• Validate cloud-native capabilities (elastic scaling, upgrades, failover).
• Test AI security capabilities (LLM gateway, guardrails, policy engines).
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks and regression suites.
• Collaborate with engineering and PM on test planning and gates.
