What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop, test, and support features of the DataRobot GenAI platform and Agentic applications
  • Own and drive key projects and milestones while fostering a culture of communication
  • Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality
  • Communicate proactively with product and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements
  • Engage in engineering on-call support for services owned by the Data&Connectors team
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 4 to 10+ years of proven experience writing high-quality code in a collaborative, cloud-native environment, preferably using Python
  • Experience working with cloud platforms: designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based solutions
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication skills in English with technical and non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with JVM and cloud-native tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
  • Real-world experience decoupling monolithic software into smaller reusable components
  • Experience with CI/CD, preferably using Harness
  • Understanding of oAuth, JWT, Kerberos, LDAP, and SAML
  • CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) certification
