Design, build, and scale Python-based applications; mentor engineers; lead Agile teams to improve delivery velocity, quality, and reliability in a cloud-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development experience with scalable, maintainable code.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or providing technical guidance to other engineers.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments where requirements evolve.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve software development practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance Python-based applications, services, APIs, automation, and data integration within a cloud-first environment.
• Develop scalable, maintainable, production-quality software using modern engineering practices.
• Collaborate within Agile delivery teams with developers, data analysts, architects, and platform specialists.
• Improve engineering workflows by automating tasks, improving reliability, and reducing complexity.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate software development while maintaining quality and security.
