S.I. Systems Ltd. is seeking a Senior Software Developer (10+ years) to design and build enterprise-grade automation and agentic AI solutions using Python and related frameworks.

You will contribute to architecture, develop scalable services, and mentor peers in a security-conscious financial services environment. • 10+ years of professional software development with Python and enterprise application development.
• Hands-on development of agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or Google ADK.
• Development of REST APIs, async services, integration patterns and scalable workflows.
• Implementation of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, automated testing and code review practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver automation products and agentic AI solutions integrated with enterprise tools and business processes.
• Develop Python services, APIs and workflows to orchestrate tools, agents and data sources.
• Build agentic systems using frameworks including Google ADK, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel.
• Implement agent planning, tool orchestration, memory and multi-agent collaboration patterns.
• Create evaluation approaches for quality, safety, regression testing, hallucination mitigation and prompt reliability.
• Design guardrails including policy-based routing, validation, grounding strategies and safe tool execution.
• Mentor developers through reviews, pairing, technical discussions and constructive feedback.
