Must Have Requirements:
  • 8+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record in software / application development

  • Hands‑on experience working in a start‑up or fast‑moving, ambiguous environment
  • Strong ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution
What You’ll Do:
  • Partner directly with the founder to design, prioritize, and drive the project roadmap
  • Break down big ideas into actionable milestones, tasks, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
  • Build and scale teams: recruit, interview, and manage contractors, agencies, and employees
  • Run lean and effective testing cycles, tapping contractors and volunteer groups for feedback
  • Collaborate with the CFO on budgets, resource allocation, and contractor payments
  • Coordinate closely with the founder’s assistant to keep onsite execution organized and on track
  • Champion a start‑up mindset—adapt quickly, experiment boldly, and find creative solutions to keep the team moving forward
