Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of the construction process.
• Technical education or similar in a construction-related program.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction subtrades and suppliers.
• Monitor and manage project budget.
• Lead internal project team, including Site Superintendents.
• Issue contracts and request insurance.
• Use software platforms for project management.
• Work with Site Superintendent for quality delivery.
• Meet with architects and clients to manage project issues.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and review invoices.
