At RBC we are searching for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team. You will be at the forefront of regulatory initiatives that will shape Banking's future.
As a representative of the Value Office, you will be a member of the largest Project Management Office in RBC and part of a collaborative team that is a catalyst for delivering transformation initiatives, accelerating value creation, and infusing Agile ways of working that drive continuous improvement. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive culture where your contributions make an impact. You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders and senior leaders and will be at the forefront of strategy execution with teams that deliver some of RBC’s most important strategic initiatives.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive RBC’s most complex initiatives, aligning them with platform goals and strategic priorities. You will develop program roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, and engage stakeholders to define scope, prioritize tasks, and ensure clear communication. Your role includes implementing risk management strategies, fostering proactive problem-solving, and advancing business agility through continuous improvement. You will also analyze performance metrics and apply lessons learned to optimize future planning and value delivery.
