A leading real estate company in Toronto is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Project Management Office. The incumbent will ensure strategic internal projects are delivered effectively, manage stakeholder expectations, and oversee project processes. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, over 5 years of project management experience, and relevant certifications. A strong understanding of real estate is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The company promotes diversity and continuous development in its culture.

Reporting to the Director, Project Management Office, the Project Manager works closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that internal projects of strategic importance are delivered according to plan, in a manner that achieves the business objectives, and ensures that the solution implemented is both supportable and sustainable.
The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the overall execution of project processes and deliverables in-line with the project plan, including planning, communication, stakeholder, risk and issue, and scope management. The incumbent will leverage and coordinate resources from a myriad of sources, both internal and external, with project profiles including applications, reporting, operational, transformational, and organizational change management.
