WSP in Canada is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Process Engineering (Water Treatment) to lead complex water and wastewater projects from concept to commissioning. Qualifications

  • Master’s degree required in civil and environmental engineering.
  • P.Eng. eligibility to practice within the applicable province.
  • Extensive experience delivering municipal and/or industrial water and wastewater projects.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary projects with large budgets and complex stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of treatment process design, optimization, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead client relationships and support business development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites with a strong health and safety commitment.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Project Manager, Process Engineering (Water Treatment), you will provide technical leadership and project delivery excellence while guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex municipal and industrial water treatment assignments.

  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) eligibility to practice within the applicable province.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $162,200 - $212,200

MB & ON: $148,000 - $198,000

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $146,500 - $194,600
