Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review project scope, budget, contract terms, and statutory requirements.
• Define project objectives and establish the project team.
• Develop the Master Construction Program and short-term work schedules.
• Lead day-to-day project operations and ensure progress is on schedule.
• Implement and enforce the Project Quality Plan.
