Job summary

You will oversee planning, resourcing, delivery, and closeout with a focus on budget, schedule, and risk management.

You will manage cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement while expanding project scope. Travel around 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience managing projects or deploying advanced automation, instrumentation, and control in industrial settings.
• Experience leading technical work as a Project Manager.
• Strong stakeholder relationship and communications skills.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Renewables or Mining is an asset.
• Willing to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution across planning, resourcing, delivery, and closeout within budget and schedule.
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure quality and safety standards on site and remote locations.
• Mentor engineers and junior staff; support talent development and client satisfaction.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and expand service offerings within existing engagements.
• Drive governance, process improvements, and knowledge sharing within PMO.
