Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ capital project management experience.
• Experience in healthcare and/or education projects is highly desirable.
• Professional credentials such as PMP, CET, Registered Architect are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Consult directly with clients and stakeholders to successfully complete projects.
• Lead the development of project plans including objectives and schedules.
• Provide financial oversight including forecasts and regular reporting.
