Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project delivery, including Pre-Con development.
• An Engineering degree with specialization in Construction Project Management is considered an asset.
• PMP certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall project planning and scheduling.
• Maintain budget management and tracking of multiple projects.
• Prepare monthly financial and cost reports.
• Inspect construction sites to ensure quality is maintained.
