The selected candidate will oversee the end-to-end coordination and delivery of critical projects within the Information Technology division. Operating in a complex organizational context, the Senior Project Manager will lead initiatives primarily focused on cybersecurity, with a strong emphasis on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and SAP compliance.
Drive the successful execution of large-scale, cross-functional IT security projects.
Define project scopes, establish delivery timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor key milestones.
Manage stakeholder communications and maintain strong relationships across departments, technical teams, and external partners.
Ensure deliverables align with defined business objectives and compliance requirements.
Lead steering committees, prepare status reports for senior leadership, and proactively manage risks and deviations.
Oversee project budget and schedule; negotiate change requests related to scope, cost, or timelines with project sponsors.
Provide strategic input to governance structures and offer guidance to other project managers when applicable.
Potential to act as a Program Manager for multi-project portfolios.
Proven track record managing high-visibility IT projects of considerable complexity and scale.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, IT risk mitigation, and regulatory standards.
Specific experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including implementation of Segregation of Duties (SoD) in SAP ERP environments.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and navigate enterprise-level IT ecosystems.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.
