About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager reporting to the Director of the Project Management Office, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives across eHealth’s organizations. You’ll lead the planning and execution of multiple high-impact projects—from inception to completion—spanning people, processes, and technology. This position demands a seasoned leader who can navigate complex environments, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver results on medium to high-risk projects with precision and confidence.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead procurement activities, manage vendor and partner relationships, and set clear expectations for end users.
  • Provide regular updates to project sponsors and maintain accurate financial reporting.
  • Direct and prioritize team assignments, offer performance feedback, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Manage and mentor business analysts, fostering their growth through coaching and career development.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and innovative project environment that reflects eHealth’s core values.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
  • A minimum of 5 years in project management leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects within budget and timeline constraints.
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement and vendor management.
  • PMP certification and a post-secondary degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Health Sciences.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-divisional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, and Prosci Change Management.
  • A proactive mindset, capable of thriving in dynamic environments and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and consulting abilities, with a customer-focused approach in a shared service setting.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders—even in challenging or competing environments.
