Position Description

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex IT infrastructure, systems, and application projects in a highly regulated environment. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining compliance with governance and regulatory standards.

Your future duties and responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure, systems, and application projects end‑to‑end.
  • Scope & Planning: Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets using structured project management practices.
  • Requirements & Estimation: Gather business and technical requirements and create accurate estimates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, operations, and business teams to align solutions with organizational needs.
  • Technical Delivery: Oversee system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and technology rollouts with minimal disruption.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to security, governance, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks, issues, and interdependencies early and develop mitigation and contingency strategies.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate project status, impacts, and decisions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Contracts & Change Orders: Collaborate on contract creation for technology solutions and manage competing priorities between in‑flight projects and new customer requests.
  • Dependency Management: Coordinate dependencies across platforms, internal teams, and external vendors to maintain delivery flow.
  • Deployment & Change Control: Oversee deployment planning, release coordination, and change controls for stable delivery.
  • Problem‑Solving: Work with engineering teams to resolve blockers quickly through analytical thinking and problem‑solving.
  • Delivery Practices: Apply Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies to drive efficient development and release cycles.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • SLA Management: Ensure Service Level Agreements related to project delivery are met.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently while maintaining quality and deadlines.
  • Audit Support: Maintain project governance and support audit activities as required.
