Overview

The client seeks a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in digital health and enterprise master data management. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management, change management, and healthcare IT expertise to lead the implementation.

This role requires a professional with excellent communication, facilitation, and decision‑making skills to ensure the successful delivery of complex healthcare projects. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with subject matter experts (clinical and non‑clinical), stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project alignment and the achievement of objectives within scope, budget, and schedule.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, governance, risk management, and reporting for HN implementation
  • Engage and manage key stakeholders, including clinical, technical, and vendor teams
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance
  • Manage enterprise‑level projects impacting the Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) and master data management components
  • Establish and support project governance frameworks to facilitate effective decision‑making
  • Oversee project execution activities, including scheduling, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and change control
  • Ensure alignment between business transformation objectives and technical execution
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and communication plans for stakeholders at all levels
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to project teams across multiple business units and partner organizations
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and confidentiality regulations (including PHIPAA)
  • Support other departmental initiatives as assigned
