MatchBox Consulting Group is on the hunt for a senior Project Manager. This candidate will lead and oversee the Calgary office and insure projects are timely and quality is met

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage commercial TI projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.

Provide day-to-day leadership for the Calgary office, serving as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams.

Coordinate with trades, contractors, consultants, and local partners throughout all phases of project delivery.

Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and local regulations.

Support project financial tracking, reporting, and forecasting.

Contribute to strategic decisions impacting the Calgary office’s growth and operations.

Qualifications & Experience

5–10+ years of project management experience, primarily in commercial tenant improvement projects.

Proven success managing projects in the $500K–$2M range (projects larger than $5–30M are less relevant for this role).

Strong understanding of the Calgary construction market, including trades, contractors, and local players.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work primarily from the Calgary office.
