Reporting directly to the Director, Project Management, this role is central to our mission of continually improving project performance and building project management capacity across our national disciplines.
This is a new position that can be based in any of the following Dillon offices: Vancouver, Chatham, Guelph, Hamilton, Kingston, Kitchener, London, Oakville, Ottawa, Downtown Toronto, North York, Vaughan and Windsor. Education: Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation is a strong asset.
Industry Acumen: Deep understanding of how professional services firms operate including pricing and winning work, project delivery, billing and payment, resource management, and project financial reporting.
Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex project performance data clearly and facilitate difficult conversations regarding project health.
Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify trends across disciplines and develop systemic solutions to improve project delivery efficiency.
$115,000 - $150,000
Dillon is including the salary range that we in good faith believe may be offered for this position. It will be dependent on the successful applicant’s education, experience, and skills, in addition to internal equity and geographic region. Dillon reserves the right to pay outside of the posted range, contingent on factors unrelated to an applicant’s gender or other status protected by provincial and/or federal law.
