Job Summary

The Operations Manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of roofing projects.
• Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization's operations division.
• Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
• Collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization's goals and objectives.
• Supervise project managers and superintendents to ensure effective project execution.
• Maintain field operations schedule to meet customer demands and company budget goals.
• Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials. Identify and resolve challenges that may arise during roofing projects, fostering a solutions‑oriented approach.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to address complex issues with creativity and efficiency.
