Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project finance.
• Experience on development projects considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate financial reports.
• Prepare equity and debt draws for project ownership.
• Monitor current budgets and actual costs.
• Perform monthly bank and HST reconciliations.
• Ensure timely submission of HST filings.
• Liaise with cost consultants and lenders.
• Prepare year-end financial reports and P&L schedules.
