Overview

Our valued public sector client is seeking a Senior Project Executive to help migrate seven contact centers to a new cloud based contact center solution.

These contact centers are currently on the Hosted Contact Centre Solution (HCCS) platform, which is reaching end-of-life in October and will not be renewed. Due to the complexity of the migrations and the current lack of project management maturity level and skillset within the Programme, CPD requires the specialized expertise of a Project Executive to oversee the migrations, schedule, risk mitigation, and to provide strategic analysis aimed toward successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Tasks include :

• Oversee several Senior Project Managers, each responsible for an element of the project and its associated team (e.g., project and change management).
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Update and provide briefings to upper management on progress and concerns of the project.
• Review key planning stage documents (i.e roadmaps, business cases, frameworks, strategies, benefits realization, etc.) and provide comments / report on findings including recommendations for any changes and planning and supporting the execution of required changes.
• Provide counsel on a range of issues affecting the organization's ability to achieve project business objectives, guidance on best practice and adopting transformation methodologies.
