What can you expect to do here:
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams on residential, commercial, industrial and institutional land development projects—greenfield, infill and beyond
  • Serve as the primary client contact for design items, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Oversee project delivery, budgets, and timelines
  • Guide the close‑knit and collaborative design team through the approvals process with municipalities and agencies, leveraging our long‑standing relationships
  • Support business development, proposals, and strategic growth
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers
  • Advance your career in a self‑motivated and driven work setting
  • Home offices available in the GTA, Thornhill, Whitby, Kitchener, Hamilton, and London, Ontario with hybrid work flexibility.
What you'll bring to WSP:
  • 8+ years in land development engineering
  • P.Eng. designation in Ontario
  • Proven experience managing clients and multidisciplinary teams
  • Deep understanding of Ontario's land development approvals process
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Project management skills are an asset
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D
  • Valid Ontario driver's license preferred
